Classes –
We define a month as 4 weeks. Some months may contain 3 weeks, because of holidays, while others will contain 5 weeks. Please note we do not pro-rate classes.
Class Cancellations –
Classes that are cancelled due to your child care center’s schedule will not be rescheduled.
Returned Payment –
A $25 fee will be added to all returned payments. Repayment (including the fee) must be paid within 10 business days in form of cash or money order.
Session –
Dance
Express and Sports Express season runs year round. You may withdraw your child
at any time with written notice to Makenzie@kedexpress.com. Payments –
Monthly payments will be processed using our direct payment system. Withdrawals will be made on the 1st of each month.
Termination of Enrollment –
The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization. Termination notice must be summited to Makenzie@kedexpress.com or Nicolle@kedexpress.com by the 15th of the month prior.
Liability -
To the extent permitted by law and knowing the risk of this activity, I hereby release, waive, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless Kidz Educational Dance Express & Sports Express, its Directors, Owners, and Teachers from any liability whatsoever arising out of my child’s participation in Kidz Educational Dance Express & Sports Express activities, including but not limited to, medical bills, court costs and attorney’s fees, any damage to my property or the property of others, or to other’s through my child’s participation in this program.
